PDP Website Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (these “Terms”) are posted by Drum Workshop, Inc. (“Drum Workshop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your use of any Drum Workshop website, and all pages thereunder, where these Terms of Use are posted, including without limitation pacificdrums.com (the “Website”).

The Website, together with all of the content, services, and products included or advertised on the Website may be referred to in these Terms as the “Services.”

Please note that these Terms include the PDP Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by this reference.

These Terms also include any other disclosures or disclaimers related to the Website which are: (i) presented to you directly on the Website or otherwise in connection with the Services; or (ii) contained in communications from Drum Workshop to you, including without limitation email communications.



We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms and any separate commercial arrangement we make with you.

You acknowledge and agree that we maintain all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including without limitation the Website (and all text, images, trademarks, logos, and other content thereon), and except for the limited license right above nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting you any proprietary or license rights in or to the Services or anything contained therein. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, suspend, add to, or discontinue any aspect of the Services, and we will not be liable to you or to any third party for doing so.
